Ride Cape Cod RTA’s free Hyannis Area Trolley from June 28-Labor Day. It connects Main Street restaurants and shops with the Hy-Line and Steamship Authority ferry docks in Hyannis and the Hyannis Transportation Center. The trolley runs seven days a week from 11 am to 9 pm. Flag it down anywhere along the route. Bus riders can look forward to 45 new shelters that will be installed at Cape Cod RTA stops throughout Cape Cod. The buildings, with inside lighting, are designed with Cape Cod architecture in mind: red cedar roofs, gray siding and white trim. Want to experience the best of Martha’s Vineyard but have just one day? Travel with the Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority.
If you want to visit both Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket this season, the The Steamship Authority's “Sea Two and Save” offer means discounts on round-trip combination tickets.
